Regional Manager - Central Region (Filled)

- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to field sales managers assigned to the region as well as supporting the field fixed operations managers when required.
- Responsible and accountable for overall achievement of retail/wholesale sales objectives for new vehicles within assigned region.
- Develop and enhance the dealers within the region to increase market share and dealer profitability.
- Responsible for implementaion, utilization and performance management of all corporate initiatives and programs within assigned region, including but not limited to Sales, Aftersales, Customer Retention, Marketing
- Assisting HQ Departments as necessary in achieving national corporate goals, eg in Dealer Development, Business Development, Customer Service and PR
- Preparing annual regional budget and ensuring compliance.
- Occassional travel is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing related program preferred
- 5-7 years experience in sales arnd or marketing, previous automotive experience preferred
- Proven ability to work with agencies and media organizations
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to analyse Financial Statements and provide action plans to correct issues
- excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, easily adaptive to change in a fast-paced environment
