Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned dealer group
- Attain automotive wholesale & retail sales targets in the assigned territory
- Review and analyse monthly and annual sales figures, p&l statements and financial reports to ensure dealers are maintaining adequate performance and inventory levels to ensure dealers are maintaining adequate performance and inventory levels
- Analysis of dealer situations and develop action plans for areas of concern
- Provide direction to dealers to increase performance and track and build action plans
- Preparation of reports and attend meetings
- Prepare product allocation and sales plans
- Submission of dealer documents, financial statements, budget requests etc.
Qualifications:
- Wholesale sales or aftersales experience within the automotive industry is mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong understanding and ability to review and analyze financial statements.
- Ability to travel within Canada
