Director of Sales

The Director of Sales manages functions essential to sales force productivity, including operations of Distribution, Logistics and National Fleet & Remarketing Departments. These include business planning, reporting, target setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent as well as ensuring Customs and Government compliance thresholds and regulations are met and observed.

The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization as described above and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the corporate objectives and priorities are identified and achieved.

As part of the Executive Team. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining close relationships with Dealer Communication Group, including organizing and managing election process, quarterly meetings and monthly conference calls.
